GPS Location and Real-Time Tracking: Each time punch is linked to a GPS location, providing managers with real-time visibility into employee clocking activities. Through the SubItUp management portal, managers can monitor location data, generate reports based on geotags, and carry out other essential tasks.

Multiple Authentication Methods: Employees can use various entry methods for authentication, including using the device's camera as a barcode scanner. This feature eliminates the need for additional equipment purchases or leases. Other authentication options include external scanners, unique pin numbers, phone numbers, usernames and passwords, among others.

Online and Offline Modes: The SubItUp Time Clock functions seamlessly in both online and offline environments. Even in areas with limited internet connectivity, the offline mode allows employees to clock in and sync data with the SubItUp platform once a connection is re-established.

Roster Punch: Managers can efficiently clock in multiple employees simultaneously using the roster time clock feature. Clock in times can be set based on scheduled shift start times or actual clock in times.

Schedule Verification: The app's schedule verification feature aids in projecting labor costs accurately and streamlining time and attendance reconciliation. By having employees clock in during scheduled shifts, the system automatically aligns clocking transactions with their assigned shifts. Managers can set restrictions on clock in times, receive notifications for specific transactions, and require overrides when necessary.
